Gais Construction built the Westlake Office plaza, located in Denver NC, 1998 with several retail spaces, it also houses the Gais Construction office and warehouse.  The building is 9000 square feet and took 9 months to complete.  Construction was from ground up and  included lot clearing and all site work.
