Gais Construction worked with Haberdish restaurant owner, Jeff Tonidandel, and Cluck Collaborative Design Architects to create this award-winning NoDa restaurant renovation in Charlotte. Located at 3106 North Davidson, this building is one of only four original commercial structures built in north Charlotte between 1900 and 1927. Mr. Tonidandel reveres the character of historic buildings in NoDa and wished to keep the building’s old-world charm at the forefront of the design, while adding enough southern flair for the restaurant to be worthy of the title Your Fried Chicken Hotline.
