A Piece of Havana is a Cuban Restaurant that we completed in 2008, the project was 4200 square feet. Gais Construction completed the project in 80 days while working with the owners to create a very comfortable and warm setting.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Rock Hill SC
Gais Construction worked with owner Bill Derenge to up-fit this Dairy Queen Grill and Chill in an existing 1825 square foot space. The build took 40 days and was completed in 2010.
Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Statesville NC
Gais Construction worked with Kangaroo - The Pantry Stores to up fit a 3800 square foot restaurant space in a retail location connected to an existing convenience store. The work on the project had to be performed while the store was open 24 hors, 7 days a week. The Up fit included the addition of a drive through and completely re-working the parking lot to accommodate new traffic flow. The project as completed in 65 days in 2010.

Gais Construction has completed construction on several new and remodeled CiCi's Pizza locations.

Gais Construction has completed several Bojangles Up-fit locations in Charlotte, NC. The location in the CATS Bus terminal was the smallest at less than 1000 square feet to the over 3000 square foot combination Bojangles/Donato's at the Johnson and Whales campus in 2008. The CATS Bus station project was completed in less than a week all after hours due to the nature of the location. The Johnson and Whales Bojangles and Danoto's Pizza location took 75 days.

Gais Construction worked with Owner Jeff Vandyke and Architect Tobin Starr to give the University Place Charlotte, NC location a complete makeover. This makeover was completed between Thanksgiving and Christmas to have as little impact on Revenue as possible. This project had many challenges but came in on budget and within the very tight time frame.

This Indian restaurant was constructed by Gais Construction in 2010, at the Ballantyne, Shopping Center in Charlotte, NC. The space was gutted from a previous pizza restaurant space, it had many challenges but was completed in 55 days. Gais Construction worked closely with the owner to create a very cozy and eclectic interior.
