Gais Construction worked with owners Ketan and Kathy Patel in collaboration with Peadon Finein Architecture to build the 1250 square foot Bottle Shop in the Camden Building. The project was finished in 2016 and took 3 months to complete.

Gais Construction completed the renovation of Rock Springs Elementary School into what is now Holy Spirit Catholic Church. The school had been a major landmark in Denver, NC for over 60 years. The building was old and required extensive renovation and remodeling to create this beautiful Sanctuary.

Gais Construction worked with the owner Justin Karas to up fit the uptown Charlotte location of Newk's Eatery in 2010. The location is 4200 square feet and was a challenge as it was located at the street level of the Trade and Tryon tower, yet was completed in 88 days.
Retail projects have some specific variables that are not typical to other construction projects. Gais Construction has Retail construction experience especially in grocery. We will guide owners and their projects through the standard construction steps, along with these Retail specific items:
Exterior Doors: automatic entry doors and overhead loading dock doors (ASSA Abloy)
Refrigeration: cases, walk-in coolers, meat coolers
Shelving: merchandising shelving
Coordination: Corporate Construction Manager, Corporate Operations Manager, POS, AV/camera/security, and EMS (Energy Management System)
Ground Up projects also have some specific variables that are not typical to other construction projects. Gais Construction has Ground Up construction experience in restaurants, retail plazas, and office plazas. We will guide owners and their projects through the standard construction steps, along with these Ground Up specific items:
Sitework: grading, storm drains, piping, asphalt, concrete, curb, parking lot striping, sidewalks, and landscaping
Utilities: sewer, water, electric and cable/phone
Exterior: metal/wood frame, block, brick, stucco, siding, ACM panel, metal roofing, shingle roofing, EPDM roofing
