That project is located at the intersection of Gold Hill Road and S.C. Highway 49.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content__segment combx meterwall__content\">TWF Burgers is the latest concept for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/charlotte\/search\/results?q=James%20Rivenbark\">James Rivenbark<\/a>\u2019s Jars Hospitality. He\u2019s also co-founder of The Office Craft Bar &amp; Kitchen in Indian Land and Blue Smokehouse in Fort Mill.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content__segment combx meterwall__content\">TWF is expected to open in early 2022.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content__segment combx meterwall__content\">Expect that restaurant to offer a simple menu built around old-school burgers as well as chicken tenders, wings and several fry options. Hand-spun milkshakes will be available \u2014 with a boozy version for adults.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content__segment combx meterwall__content\">Rivenbark says that idea came to the forefront during the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content__segment combx meterwall__content\">\u201cThere\u2019s no better time than the present,\u201d he says. \u201cNo matter what goes on, people eat that stuff.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"content__segment combx meterwall__content\">He plans to invest less than $1 million into that space. Expect a family-friendly and upbeat atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content__segment combx meterwall__content\">\u201cThere\u2019s a lot of challenges in the hospitality world, but it\u2019s still the same formula for success \u2014 food, drinks, environment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"content__segment combx meterwall__content\">D3 Studio is the architect on the project.
