Inizio Cotswold Village

Inizio Pizza Napoletana Cotswold is the brand’s fifth Charlotte-area establishment, located at 282 S Sharon Amity Rd in the Cotswold Village shopping center. Spanning nearly 2,800 square feet, this vibrant location features an open, family-friendly design highlighted by a massive Mount Vesuvius mural by artist Kyle Mosher, playful hidden dog illustrations, and an outdoor patio. True to Neapolitan tradition, the kitchen utilizes 900-degree wood-fired ovens to fully cook pizzas in just 90 seconds. Inizio strictly imports key authentic ingredients directly from Italy, including San Marzano tomatoes, type 00 flour, and genuine buffalo mozzarella. Popular menu highlights include their signature Margherita and the standout Vodka Pesto pizza, which swirls spicy vodka sauce with bright pesto. Alongside their artisanal red and white sauce pies, the restaurant serves fresh salads, classic Italian cocktails, and homemade desserts like cannoli and Italian gelato.
