For us it’s never a question if we are partnering with Gais on our next project because we have never stopped partnering with them. Whether it’s Mike helping us dig a ditch for his workout on a hot Summer day or his foreman coming by to make sure a special project gets completed before service, they are amazing teammates and collaborators for our restaurant group.
